Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT) is also known as Heure Avancée de I'Atlantique in French.
ADT is mainly observed in the East Coast of Canada in summer. In winter, Atlantic Standard Time (AST)
will be observed in those regions.
Regions observe ADT in the summer:
• Canada: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, east tip of Quebec.
• Thule, Greenland
• Get converter between Atlantic Daylight Time and specific time zone:
ADT starts at 2 AM on the second Sunday in March each year, turn the clock 1 hour forward to 3 AM at that time.
ADT ends at 2 AM on the first Sunday of November each year, turn the clock 1 hour back to 1 AM at that time.
